Cramer Ever Medium Seat Mid Height Chair #EMXM1. Ever features the Renewal Replacement Cushion System allowing you to accommodate different body types and extend the life of your chair. With the quick-lock system, users are able to replace the seat and back in seconds without having to replace the entire frame. Ever - durable, flexible, simple!
The die cast aluminum frame guarantees strength and durability.
The Renewal replacement cushion system accommodates the replacement or exchange of multiple cushion sizes on one universal frame; the cushions attach easily with quarter-turn locking fasteners actuated by a Renewal key attached to the bottom of the seat.
Multiple cushion sizes fit a range of individuals.
Supports up to 400lbs.
The synchro-tilt mechanism provides a smooth, comfortable ride. With 1.7 degrees of back recline for every 1 degree of seat recline and multiple locking positions, it instantly accommodates a broad range of seated positions.

All of our ergonomic products and office chairs are shipped free of charge to all of the United States (all 50 States except, Hawaii and Alaska). We currently do not deliver to PO boxes as packages must be inspected upon receipt by parties assuming responsibility for receipt of merchandise. Product that is too large or is ordered in high quantity may be shipped via freight carriers that can accommodate the size of the order and are better equipped to handle the job in comparison to common courier. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and in most cases will require the end user to be responsible for offload/ delivery completion. This method of shipment is usually utilized for hefty or large sized items that are going to commercial loading docks or places where they are capable of handling an offload of that size.
How will my products be delivered?
Many of our chairs ship disassembled and packaged for FedEx or UPS shipping. UPS and FedEx shipments to commercial businesses will be brought inside your building. If your order has multiple chairs on it your order will be shipped via truck. All orders shipped by truck are shipped ''Dock-to-Dock'' unassembled. Liftgate Service will incur an additional charge. Inside delivery and/or office chair assembly is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge. If you require additional services such as inside delivery or assembly please call us at (888) 514-3612 so that we can give you a price quote.
If I am not able to receive a delivery, will BuyWorkChairs.com leave the merchandise at my door or in a location that I specify?
Products shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground will typically be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
May I request a specific delivery date?
We will try our best to schedule UPS and FedEx deliveries, however, because delivery times are scheduled at the discretion of UPS and FedEx, we cannot accept guarantee specific delivery times.
When will my order ship?
Most of our in-stock chairs will ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase once they have cleared order processing. If you would like an approximate lead time on a product before ordering, please feel free to contact us directly at (888) 514-3612. We here at BuyWorkChairs believe in delivering the best possible customer service experience for each and every one of our old and new customers alike. We work to achieve this by having readily available information for the customer, routinely updating, answering questions and concerns, to create and maintain a lasting consumer relationship. We stand by the furniture we sell so there is assurance for the customer that they are only getting the best product suited for the existing work environment.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
This warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions by the original purchaser. Warranties do not apply to damage from neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, or to products that have been modified by the user. Cramer supplied replacement parts must be used to retain warranty coverage.
Fabric, foam assembly and arm pads are warranted for three (3) years. The urethane skin and foam assembly on R+ and Rhino™ Basic products are warranted for five (5) years.
Labor charges for repairs performed outside of the factory, or for installation of replacement parts, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cramer’s liability is limited to repair or replacement, at Cramer’s option, and cannot exceed the original invoice price. All labor charges must be pre-approved. Cramer is not liable for incidental or consequential damage arising in connection with the sale, use or serviceability of Cramer products. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
