All of our ergonomic products and office chairs are shipped free of charge to all of the United States (all 50 States except, Hawaii and Alaska). We currently do not deliver to PO boxes as packages must be inspected upon receipt by parties assuming responsibility for receipt of merchandise. Product that is too large or is ordered in high quantity may be shipped via freight carriers that can accommodate the size of the order and are better equipped to handle the job in comparison to common courier. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and in most cases will require the end user to be responsible for offload/ delivery completion. This method of shipment is usually utilized for hefty or large sized items that are going to commercial loading docks or places where they are capable of handling an offload of that size.
How will my products be delivered?
Many of our chairs ship disassembled and packaged for FedEx or UPS shipping. UPS and FedEx shipments to commercial businesses will be brought inside your building. If your order has multiple chairs on it your order will be shipped via truck. All orders shipped by truck are shipped ''Dock-to-Dock'' unassembled. Liftgate Service will incur an additional charge. Inside delivery and/or office chair assembly is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge. If I am not able to receive a delivery, will BuyWorkChairs.com leave the merchandise at my door or in a location that I specify?
Products shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground will typically be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
May I request a specific delivery date?
We will try our best to schedule UPS and FedEx deliveries, however, because delivery times are scheduled at the discretion of UPS and FedEx, we cannot accept guarantee specific delivery times.
When will my order ship?
Most of our in-stock chairs will ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase once they have cleared order processing.
