How will my products be delivered? 

Many of our chairs ship disassembled and packaged for FedEx or UPS shipping. UPS and FedEx shipments to commercial businesses will be brought inside your building. If your order has multiple chairs on it your order will be shipped via truck. All orders shipped by truck are shipped ''Dock-to-Dock'' unassembled. Liftgate Service will incur an additional charge. Inside delivery and/or office chair assembly is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge. If you require additional services such as inside delivery or assembly please call us at (888) 514-3612 so that we can give you a price quote.

If I am not able to receive a delivery, will BuyWorkChairs.com leave the merchandise at my door or in a location that I specify? 

Products shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground will typically be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We will try our best to schedule UPS and FedEx deliveries, however, because delivery times are scheduled at the discretion of UPS and FedEx, we cannot accept guarantee specific delivery times. 

Most of our in-stock chairs will ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase once they have cleared order processing. We stand by the furniture we sell so there is assurance for the customer that they are only getting the best product suited for the existing work environment.

A Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to products manufactured after June 1, 2009. Warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for as long as the product is owned by the initial purchaser. The warranty, which runs from the date of manufacture, covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the product during the initial warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is provided to manufacturer within the Warranty Period, Loftwall at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. Defective product shall be returned at the discretion of Loftwall, and all returns must be authorized in writing in advance including a Return Materials Authorization Number. Loftwall assumes no responsibility for labor charges. Freight charges for defective products and parts will be covered by Loftwall within the 48 continental United States with the method of shipping at Loftwall’s discretion. The limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all products except as listed below:

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by a carrier's alterations to the product expressly authorized by Loftwall.  It also does not apply to "Customer's Own Material" (i.e. material supplied by the customer that is not a standard Loftwall product offering) used in the manufacturing of Loftwall products.   Loftwall does not warranty the matching of color, grain or texture except to within commercially acceptable standards. A product will not be considered defective and Loftwall will not be obligated to replace it, if the product is not installed or used as recommended by Loftwall.
