All of our ergonomic products and office chairs are shipped free of charge to all of the United States (all 50 States except, Hawaii and Alaska). We currently do not deliver to PO boxes as packages must be inspected upon receipt by parties assuming responsibility for receipt of merchandise. Product that is too large or is ordered in high quantity may be shipped via freight carriers that can accommodate the size of the order and are better equipped to handle the job in comparison to common courier. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and in most cases will require the end user to be responsible for offload/ delivery completion. This method of shipment is usually utilized for hefty or large sized items that are going to commercial loading docks or places where they are capable of handling an offload of that size.
How will my products be delivered?
Many of our chairs ship disassembled and packaged for FedEx or UPS shipping. UPS and FedEx shipments to commercial businesses will be brought inside your building. If your order has multiple chairs on it your order will be shipped via truck. All orders shipped by truck are shipped ''Dock-to-Dock'' unassembled. Liftgate Service will incur an additional charge. Inside delivery and/or office chair assembly is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge. If you require additional services such as inside delivery or assembly please call us at (888) 514-3612 so that we can give you a price quote.
If I am not able to receive a delivery, will BuyWorkChairs.com leave the merchandise at my door or in a location that I specify?
Products shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground will typically be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
May I request a specific delivery date?
We will try our best to schedule UPS and FedEx deliveries, however, because delivery times are scheduled at the discretion of UPS and FedEx, we cannot accept guarantee specific delivery times.
When will my order ship?
Most of our in-stock chairs will ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase once they have cleared order processing. If you would like an approximate lead time on a product before ordering, please feel free to contact us directly at (888) 514-3612. We here at BuyWorkChairs believe in delivering the best possible customer service experience for each and every one of our old and new customers alike. We work to achieve this by having readily available information for the customer, routinely updating, answering questions and concerns, to create and maintain a lasting consumer relationship. We stand by the furniture we sell so there is assurance for the customer that they are only getting the best product suited for the existing work environment.
5 Year - Symmetry Office Limited Warranty
Symmetry Office warrants to the original end user that this product will be free from defects in its material and workmanship. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for a limited time frame with certain exceptions.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT
Product abuse or misuse or negligence in misuse
Failure resulting from normal wear and tear
Products that have been modified or altered and any attachments to the product
Products or parts not used, maintained or installed in accordance with the Company’s installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines
Products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions such as water damage or fire and/or have been subject to improper storage
Products purchased “as is” and/or secondhand
Products sold by unauthorized dealers
APPLICABLE PROVISIONS TO ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The Company will, at its option, repair or replace with a comparable product, without charge to the original purchaser, only defective products or parts reported as defective during the Warranty Period. If requested by the Company, the original purchaser must return the part or product with freight or other shipping charges prepaid. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT. This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from date of purchase as shown on original purchaser’s original receipt or other proof of purchase. The Company shall pay for all labor costs preapproved by the Company. The payment of such pre-approved labor costs will be in the form of a credit to an active Company account. This is an EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. The Company will not be responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages. The purchaser is responsible for determining suitability for its intended use. The Company disclaims any liability for defects, loss of use, or claims or injuries arising out of the incorrect choice of product for particular usage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. The Company will advise you of the procedure to follow when making warranty claims.

Any items to be returned under warranty claim must receive prior approval from the warranty department as evidenced by either assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number or RMA document.
Any replacement orders where an RMA number is issued, must have the defective product returned within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, the consumer will be responsible for the replacement order invoice since the defective item was unable to be evaluated for defects.
