What types of payments are accepted at BuyWorkChairs.com?
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Credit card information will remain private and will only be used to process your order. To ensure that your information is encrypted our site is equipped with an industry standard, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
At the time of your order you will get an order confirmation. We also will contact you via phone or email to confirm your purchase and advise you on stock status and shipment information.
Can we provide fabric samples?
Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-514-3612 and we will be happy to send you out a fabric sample.
What will I need to put my chair together?
Minor assembly is usually required, generally you will need basic tools to put your chair together. Many of our manufacturers will provide disposable tools that will ship with the chair. Instruction are also provided in the carton. If you do need professional assistance with assembly please call us as we do have a network of installers that we can quote you on.
What is our cancellation policy?
There is no charge for order cancellation if we are able to cancel your order before it is manufactured. Orders cannot be canceled once they are entered into production or leave the manufacturer. Most of our products are in-stock and will ship out as soon as 24 hours or between one to three days. If the product has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from the factory. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Orders that are refused are still considered returns and the 35% restocking fee will be incurred.
